Processing
Once you have written up the charges on your MDT , you will then repeat what offences the suspect has done and tell him the fine and jail time. you can put less time and charge if you feel they have been good but not too much.Risk assessment questions,
Do you have any dietary requirements?Do you have any allergies?Are you currently taking any medication?Are you dependent on drink or drugs?Any medical additions we should be informed about?Do you suffer from any mental health issues?Anything else you wish to inform us of?once all this is complete fine them and then send them off to jail(/jail)

Arresting a suspect
Begin the arrest by detaining the suspect into handcuffs. Quickly explain to them that they are being placed under arrest.
'Today sir/maam, you are being placed under arrest.I am rank, name. My badge number is ... , the time is currently ...You are being placed under arrest today for (their charges).You do not have to say anything but it may harm your defence, if you do not mention, when questioned, something which you will later rely on in court. Anything you do say may be given as evidence, do you understand? (if they say they dont understand, read the rights up to 3 times and then carry on with the process) You are entitled to food, water, medical attention, a lawyer, privacy from the media or a free phone lasting up to three minutes'.From this point, you can transport the suspect to the police station, ensuring you follow all road laws.
Then Begin the Processing procedure.
State Codes
These are the state codes we will be learning to use.
State 0 - Officer in life threatening situation
State 1 - Officer is on-duty.
State 2 - Officer is available (deployable)
State 3 - Officer is at a station.
State 4 - Officer is available but on a break.
State 5 - Officer is en-route to scene.
State 6 - Officer is now on scene.
State 7 - Committed, but deployable.
State 8 - Committed, not deployable.
State 9 - Prisoner Escort
State 10 - At courts
State 11 - Off duty
State 12 - Confidential message
State 13 - Call back, not urgent.
State14 - Urgent call back
State15 - Received
State 16 - Repeat
